	Made in small batches with a high fruit content, resulting in a rich, good quality flavour, from mainly local seasonal produce. All Barnett’s Traditional products are free from additives and preservatives, containing only fruit and sugar. Therefore, they should be refrigerated once opened, otherwise stored in a cool, dark place. Herbs such as lavender, mint, rosemary, sage, tarragon and thyme are all grown in our own garden.
